Islamika Return & Exchange Policy

At Islamika, our goal is to ensure you are fully satisfied with the quality of the products you receive.

30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your order date.

To initiate a return or exchange:

  • You must contact us within 10 days of your order via the Contact page on our website

  • Include your full name, order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason

  • We will then reply with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions

📦 Please note: Returned items must reach us within 30 days of the order date.

 Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • For returns, we will refund the purchase price minus any original shipping charges

  • For exchanges, we will send the replacement item once we receive and inspect the original product

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn, unwashed, undamaged

    • With original tags attached

    • Properly folded and packaged (e.g., silk hijabs must be returned folded along original fold lines in original plastic)

Free Gift Returns

If your order included a free promotional item, it must also be returned. If it is not returned, the retail value of the free item will be deducted from your refund.

International Returns

At this time, we only accept returns from within the continental United States. Returns from U.S. territories or other countries are not accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items?

If your order arrives with damage, defects, or missing items:

  • Contact us within 24 hours via the Contact page on our website

  • Include photos of the item and packaging

  • Do not discard any packaging material

Note: Differences in color due to monitor settings or lighting are not considered defects.

Cancelling an Order

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, the order must follow the return process outlined above.

Orders Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address,

  • failure to pick up the package, or

  • the address being undeliverable by USPS,

We will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost, even if you received free shipping.

Return Process Summary

  1. Email us via the Contact page on our website within 10 days of your order

  2. Wait for instructions and an RMA number

  3. Pack the item carefully (especially delicate items like silk hijabs)

  4. Ship the return promptly so we receive it within 30 days of your order

  5. Once received and approved, your refund will be processed in 1–3 business days

  6. Your bank may take 2–7 days to reflect the credit

Important Notes

  • Items that are worn, damaged, washed, or improperly folded will not be accepted

  • We reserve the right to:

    • Refuse any return

    • Charge a restocking fee

    • Deduct shipping costs from your refund if your return causes your order total to drop below the free shipping threshold
