ISLAMIKA SHIPPING POLICY

Islamika provides domestic shipping in the countries listed below, subject to availability and carrier operations.

1. Shipping Locations

Islamika currently offers domestic shipping within:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Germany

  • United Kingdom

Orders are shipped from within the customer’s country whenever possible.

2. Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday are typically processed within one (1) to two (2) business days.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, holidays, or promotional events.

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Carriers

Islamika partners with national carriers depending on the destination country, including but not limited to:

  • United States: USPS, UPS, FedEx

  • Canada: Canada Post, Purolator

  • Germany: DHL, Hermes

  • United Kingdom: Royal Mail, Evri, DPD

Shipping methods may be selected at checkout when available. Otherwise, the most appropriate carrier will be chosen.

4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Free Economy Shipping may be offered for qualifying orders exceeding the applicable minimum purchase threshold in each country.

Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch:

  • United States: 3–5 business days (Economy), 1–2 business days (Expedited)

  • Canada: 3–5 business days (Economy), 1–2 business days (Expedited)

  • Germany: 3–5 business days (Economy), 1–2 business days (Expedited)

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days (Economy), 1–2 business days (Expedited)

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs inspections, or other external factors.

6. Tracking

Tracking information is provided via email once the order has shipped.

If tracking information is not received, customers should check their spam or junk folder before contacting support.

7. Delivery Responsibility

Packages may be left at the delivery address if no recipient is available.

Islamika is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

If an issue arises, customers should contact the carrier directly. Islamika may assist in initiating a claim where applicable.

8. Delayed or Missing Shipments

If an order has not arrived within the maximum estimated timeframe, customers should contact Islamika with their order number and tracking details.

Islamika will review the situation and provide assistance where possible.
