Islamika Return Policy

Islamika accepts returns in accordance with the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within thirty (30) days of the original order date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • All original tags and components must be included.

Islamika reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

2. Return Authorization

To initiate a return, customers must contact Islamika within thirty (30) days of the order date through the Contact page on our website and provide:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) to be returned

  • Reason for return

Return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA) will be provided. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Returned items must be received within thirty (30) days of the original order date.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If free shipping was applied to the order and the return causes the order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Approved refunds are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Replacement items will be shipped in accordance with standard processing times.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, customers must contact Islamika within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may affect eligibility for resolution.

7. Orders Returned to Sender

If an order is returned due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failure to collect the package

  • An undeliverable address

A refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

8. International Returns

Returns are currently accepted only from customers located within the continental United States.
